The Ball State Panhellenic Association (PHA) is excited to announce the official schedule for Fall 2020 Recruitment. To prioritize the health and safety of Potential New Members (PNMs), active members, and our community, we are planning events that are both virtual and in-person. As an organization, we are doing our best to monitor COVID-19. Any PNM that has registered for Recruitment will be notified through email with any changes. 

Registration for Recruitment is now open and will close Sunday, August 30th.

After PNMS have registered online for recruitment they should consistently check their email for the Recruitment registration checklist. More information will be located in this email.

• September 2, Potential New Member Orientation (Virtual): PNMs will attend a virtual orientation to prepare for the week and to get more information about 2020 Recruitment.

• September 9-10, Welcome Rounds (Virtual): PNMs will have access to videos of each chapter for 48 hours that they can view in order for each chapter to highlight who they are and demonstrate the type of new members they are looking to recruit.

• September 11, Philanthropy Round (Virtual): PNMs will attend events on a virtual platform.

• September 12, Involvement Round (Virtual): PNMs will attend events on a virtual platform.

• September 13, Preference Round* (In-person): PNMs will have the opportunity to visit their top chapter(s) while PHA will limit the number of people in a room. This can potentially be one or two chapters depending on the PNM's selection process. 

• September 13, Bid Day: Chapters will host individual Bid Day Celebrations for the PNMs while following state, local, and university guidelines.

*For in-person round, if a PNM is not comfortable attending events in person, we will do our best to provide virtual options.
